The telephone interview
The lack of time and space, the long distances, the huge number of applicants, all these are some of the reasons for which the HR departments and the recruitment firms use more often the telephone interview.
Here are some simple but very important steps to get the job you desire.

Practice! With a friend try to put yourself in the situation of being called by a certain company, try to lose the emotions, and to find the right words and the right attitude!
When you are called by that company, make sure that you are in a quiet place where you can talk, where you may take some notes and where you can concentrate!
