Question: What are some basic "beginner's" stretches or length exercises I can do to start my PE? I dont like the oriental massage very much as it is pretty complex and uncomfortable, any other suggestions for a beginner's length exercise?
Answer: You can do the Tension Stretch. Just make sure to keep the overall number of reps low for the first 4-6 weeks.
Question: Hey al.How are you?OK ,as of now when I'm doing squeezes I'm getting good engorgement and expansion but not any fatigue.Should this still lead to gains even if I don't get fatigue?Thank you.
Answer: I'm doing fine- thanks! You should be squeezing hard enough to cause fatigue. You can combine squeezes with kegels to make them even more intense.

Answer: You want to achieve just a bit of fatigue from your exercises. Fatigue can be characterized by a "pumped" feeling and slight discomfort. You'll usually feel a little sore the next day. Overdoing PE may lead to temporary ED.
Question: I have been using pro solution pills to help with pe for about a year and 6 months now and the combined effect has been very good 5-8" bpel, and 4.75-5.75"eg. I am considering changing pills because when using something like vig-rx, vp-rx which contain ginseng and ginko, erection hardness was grater. I will like to know which pill you recomend most for both growth and erection hardness.
Answer: We would recommend trying MSF or VigRx brand pills. Both are very effective in boosting PE gains and in fostering better erections.
Question: My gf's vagina seems to be pretty wide cause even when she was a virgin she didint bleed and only had slight discomfort. And now I feel pretty loose to her (even with a girth of 5 in), is she "big" down there beacause of her height in general (5'8). Do taller women have proportionally bigger vaginas? How can I add much more girth to my penis to satisfy her? Your links dont seem to work so you would have to tell me through your reply. ThANKS
Answer: Height has little to do with genital size. You can do "Squeezes" to improve your girth (see the member's area of mensforte.com for details). You can also have your GF start doing kegels to tighten up her vagina.
Question: Ive been on and off in PE for about 3-4 months now, so havnt gotten very mcuh gains. I was wondering if I could RE-start with the squeeze since I cant perform the jelq properly, is this safe and effective if i take it easy the first few weeks? Would you recommend doing squeezes or any other type of girth work to begin instead of the jelq?
Answer: Yes, but just be careful not to overdo it. A few reps of squeezes should be enough.
Question: What is the "penis pump", I was browsing your site and noticed someone said they performed the penis pump right after their girth work, what is he talking about?
Answer: Penis pumps are devices that use vacuum to temporarily enlarge the penis. You can read about pumps and pumpers at www.tigerpumping.net .
Question: When does your penis stop growing? At what age around?
Answer: For most men it's in their mid-20s.
Question: Hi it's been about a month and a half since I substituted the supra slammer for all of the girth excercises that I was doing(jelq, squeeze, and uli's), I would have to say that this excercise is very effective. I have gained about a 1/4" in girth and about 1/4" in length due to an increase in head size. I still do about 70-80 tension stretches after the supra slammer and thats the whole workout. I am presently at about 8"bp and about 5.75"girth. First I wanted to thank for the advice on this excercise and second I would like to know if to progress with this excercise should I increase reps(I am doing about 20 reps now) or should I first increase intensity although the excercise is very intense as it is right now?
Answer: I would suggest increasing intensity THEN slowly increasing reps.
Question: I've just paid a large fee for one of the top PE sites/programs on the web. And it was through them that I found your site, MensProgram. After reading through miriads of posts and scanning several different forums it appears to me that, although the site I joined has high quality demos and specific routines, your site and your instructions appear to be simpler and closer to what I need to get the gains I want (1 - 1.5" length, 1 - 1.5" girth, or until the wife says stop!) and is more economical. I am in the process of returning the "ultimate" membership package for a refund (I decided against using the extender) and just signing up for a basic membership. I don't want to get you in trouble with any of the PE sites with whom you're affiliated, so I'll understand if your response is a little reserved, but I would like to know if Men'sProgram should be used in conjunction with one of these sites or is MensProgam sufficient to teach someone with little PE experience how to reach their goals? Answer: MensProgram can be used with any existing program, but my personal suggestion is to use the UPDATED Penile Fitnes program- I wrote it myself.

Question: How much experience in PE do you need until you can perform "Supra Slammers"??
Answer: I would suggest at least 3 months of PE experience.
Question: Is it possible for me to increase my sperm production and semen load without taking "Volume Pills"?? Im mainly looking for a way to increaee the thickness or consistency of my semen as it appears to be quite thin lately even withput frequent masturbation. Is this a sign of low sperm count??
Answer: Actual sperm make up a very small proportion of total seminal volume. Stress, a change of diet, or illness may account for problems that you've been having. You should check with a fertility specialist to see if you have a low sperm count. If you wish to increase the volume and thickness of your ejaculate, you can take lecithin. Lecithin is a "friendly fat" commonly derived from soy or egg yolks, and many men have reported increases in seminal volume by adding lecithin to their diets.
Question: How can I increase the size of my testicles??
Answer: You can lightly massage your testes daily to maximize blood flow and promote optimal testicular health. This may improve your testicular size.
Question: Jelqing simply does not work for me and my semi-erection constantly fades away causing me to have to restart every time. Is there any other beginner's exercise for girth I can do to replace the jelq, and that isnt too advanced so I can avoid injury????
Answer: I normally don't advise beginners to do The Squeeze, but you can give it a try. Your other alternatives would be to massage your penis into semi-erection when it subsides, or take some MSF about 15 minutes prior to your jelqing session.
Question: Can i use volume pills as an accompaniment to my PE? Are the ingredients in these pills sufficient enough to be used during PE?
Answer: Yes- "volume" pills should not interfere with your workouts.
