I have been having sex with my girlfriend for about a month, she is my first and we do it about 4-5 times a week. The sex is great, I have no problems except that I don't climax. We go for about 1 hour to 1-1/2 hours at a time, I have been told this is longer than usual..I don't know?.
It feels really really good and she says its really good for her to. BUT, I don't know why im not orgasming. The feeling is good but it is mostly the same for the whole time, and I don't climax.

Answer: As long as you are able to achieve ultra-hard erections, your penis will
probably feel the same size to your girlfriend regardless of whether or not
you wear a cock ring. If you're going to use a cock ring, use the easily
removable leather kind. That way, you'll eliminate the possibility of injury
should you have to take the ring off.

Answer: Scientifically speaking, if there is hyperplasia (tissue splitting) going on then that ceiling of gains can be pretty high. This hasn't been proven to happen to adult human penile tissue (at least from my research), so I can't say whether or not that's what's going on. Still, your gains are usually going to slow with time. Another important note- if you start off with a 5 inch penis, chances are very slim that you'll be able to get it to 12 inches (or 9 for that matter).
Most men make that 1 inch gain (which if you consider the actual proportion of the increase in length/volume that you're making, it's actually huge) fairly easily. Adding another inch usually takes quite a bit of work. Gains of 3 inches or more are usually found only among the extremely patient and dedicated trainee. The most I've ever heard of men gaining from PE or through a combination of PE and surgery is about 5 inches.

Answer: You should hand for about 15 minutes (at first). You may work up to 3 45 min. blocks.
Do it 2-3x a week, and stop if it starts making your penis sore or if you stop gaining. Do it when you're not exercising.

Answer: I think that as a beginner, you should drop the squeeze. use it IN LIEU of the jelq after 2-3 months of solid training.
You should start seeing results within a couple of weeks.

Answer: Flaccid gains are what you'll usually see first. Give it some more time.

Answer: It's probably just a little sore. Ease up on the intensity of your jelqs a bit.
