Answer: It's possible that you have an outdated media player. Unfortunately, unless
some media players are updated, they will have problems playing files.

Question: when doing these exercises on "B" day, doing the Tension Stretch after the jelqs takes all the blooding away in my penis and it kinda hurts. would it be ok to do the stretch's first and then the jelqs?
Answer: You can give that a try- just make sure that you're able to get at least a 50% erection for your jelqs.
Question: hi, i have been doin the beginners routine has outlined. i do 7-10 min for 2 wks then 20-25 for 2wks then 35-40 for 1 month. then the intermediate says to start back at 7-10 min. should i start back to the 7-10 min intermediate for 2 wks then 20-25 for 2wks then 35-40 min for 1 month. then begin the same for the advance from 7-10 min to 20-25 min and then up to35-40 min using the same time frame as above.. am i spendin too much time and any of these routine? i would appreciate any professioan advise? thanx.
Answer: When you get to the intermediate levels, you'd drop back down to the low volume routine. Work your way through all of the routines as you've described. As to whether or not your routines are too long, that depends on whether you've made any gains or not.
Question: I'm in my fourth month of PE, and just starting the advanced stage. I'm following the schedule of exercises in the Penile Fitness Guide. I tried the Ultra Jelq by itself for a few weeks but I haven't made any gains. I want to move on to the next workout which is the alternating Ultra Jelq and Oriental Massage workout. But I don't want to jelq anymore. I want to do squeezes instead, and I haven't done any previously. How do I fit squeezes into that workout? Will it be enough to do them once a day, 3x a week? And the Oriental Massage 2x a day, 3x a week? Because of the increasing reps in the OM workout, I would prefer not to do squeezes on the same day. If I start with 10 sets of 3 squeezes the first week, by what amount should I increase them each week?
Answer: Do the squeezes in lieu of jelqs. Three times a week is plenty for length AND girth exercises.
Try to increase by 1-2 squeezes per workout; so that'll work out to 3-6 squeezes per week.
Question: Why is jelqing downward the best way? I'm going to jelq a couple hundred times for my first workout, then for my second workout just do ten tension stretches (is that the right amount?) and a couple hundred side-to-sides. Is that a good replacement for the Oriental Massage? Also, is it important to cool down as it is to warm up? If I'm just trying to avoid soreness, then I think I'll just soak after for like five minutes, but if the cooldown helps with gains, then I want to know so I'll soak for fifteen minutes
Answer: Jelqing downwards is the most efficient way of stretching the ligaments at the base of the penis, and the angle in which you pull away also makes for a better stroke.
You need to take better notes on your reps schemes. Count and log them to ensure you're making actual progress in your workouts. The Oriental Massage is a basic exercise- one that you can discard after a couple of months [if you wish] in favor of more intense stretching exercises. Yes, cool downs are just as important. They provide necessary blood flow to the penis.
Question: I started with the Extender about 1 1/2 months ago, but around the 14th day, I noticed I started having sharp pain in my abdomen and that my right side of my scrotum was a little swolen and painful. I bought some cotton and padded base, but still felt the pain so I decided to stop for a few days. I wrapped wool around base and tried device again but still felt pain. I went to my doctor who set me up with urologist and I even had to get an ultrasound (ugh -- expensive). The result was that my testicles look fine, but that my veins in my spermatic cord are swolen and possibly cause pain in my abdomen which I took levaquin or sumthing to treat possible infection and must wait to see if things get better. So its almost a month later and the pain persist, so now I must decide on my next move, but am definitely against using the device again. I will probably return it soon, but not sure if I have to wait the full 3mnth period or if my special circumstance will warrant early return. If any 1 can tell my if it might, I would appreciate it. Answer: You should look into getting the varicocele removed. Varicoceles can cause infertility. Perhaps the pain caused by the extender was a blessing in disguise- it notified you about the problem.
Question: while stetching my penis during workouts, do i stretch it to the point of a little pain? and for how many second do i hold the stretch?
Answer: No pain is needed. The length of the stretch depends on the kind of stretch you're doing. You'll find specific instructions on how to stretch in the Advanced Specialized lengthening Exercises section.

Question: when i was doing the squeeze it really didn't seem that intense. i masturbated to about 80% erection let it go down a little to about 60-70%, did a kegel to force blood in, trapped at the base, then trapped under the head. i did feel some pressure but not what i expected. in the past workouts i have done 100 jelqs before doing squeezes and after the jelqs the squeeze seemed much more intense. and i doing it wrong? by the way is masturbating a good warm up? it helps get the blood flowing like the wake up cloth.
Answer: It doesn't matter whether you prestretch the tissues with jelqing, squeezing, or masturbation. Anything that gets blood into the penis for squeezes is good.
Question: Thank you! :) What stretches should I do instead of the Oriental Massage that are as good for me in the beginning phase as the Oriental Massage is? And I jelq for both my daily workouts. Is that too much jelqing? Should I replace one daily workout with just stretching or jelq and stetch for both workouts? I read that I should work up to 150 jelqs max and I'm afraid cuz I'm pretty sure I jelq more than that every day now.
Answer: You can do any of the stretches in the ADVANCED SPECIALIZED LENGTHENING EXERCISES section- just use the low end of the recommended rep scheme.
There's no need to go over the recommended rep scheme for the jelq in the first couple of weeks. After 2-3 weeks of solid training, you can do a bit more than the recommended number outlined in the beginner's section.
After 4 weeks of training, you can try splitting your length and girth workouts. Try stretching one workout and jelqing the next for maximum effect.
Question: I am in week 5, and have stopped doing the Oriental Massage. It is tiring, complex, and I like jelqing better. I've been jelqing more and also doing it more slowly. I want to do this for the next couple weeks, then move to the advance routine. Is that okay or do I absolutely need stretches of some kind? Why the Oriental Massage? I mean, is that chi thing where you block your perineum and all that stuff really helpful? Also, if you got all your gains in the first three months of PE, why do you still do PE, have you gained any after those first three months?
Answer: You don't need to do Oriental Massages, but you should do SOME stretches. Jelqing is a good beginner's exercise, but it doesn't beat intense stretches and squeezes.
What makes you think that I still do PE? I haven't had the need to do any PE since I hit my goal years ago.

Answer: Not much. The pills are a supplement. You NEED to do the exercises.

I was wondering if using rope to stretch the scrotum is a good idea or not. I was thinking of using a soft material rope then stretching the sac as I wrap it.

Answer: You can pull your scrotum to the same effect without spending a dime and risking injury. Just remember not to pull your testes!
One thing that you should note- as you get older, your testes will hang lower all on their own. Pulling your scrotum for low hangers now may result in your nuts swinging between your knees when you're 60!
Question: Since I started PE about 5 months ago I have been taking 1 PS pill in the morning and 1 Vigrx in the afternoon I have been getting good results doing this. A few days ago I ran out of Vigrx an noticed a big drop in libido and hardness. Unfortunately this coincided with a change in my routine I dont know if the drop in libido may have been caused by the lack of the vigrx pill or overdoing PE. I would appreciate some advice before I purchase more Vigrx pills.
Answer: Doing or not doing PE shouldn't affect your libido. Is it possible that you're confusing libido (which is the sex drive) with your erectile frequency?
Question: What is better wet or lubed jelq or straight dry jelq? hmmmmm

Answer: Wet jelqing give better girth results and has less chance for injury. While dry jelqing is better for length than wet jelqing, it's not as good as stretches.
