Question: Hey Al! I have a couple questions i forgot to ask you.1.Please give me your honest opinion of which pills are the most efficient to get the best results.I am currently trying vigrx.What do you think of these pills? Are there any better ones to take? 2. Up until this point I've been doing stretches ,then I would do either jelqs or squeezes,depending on the day.Now I know you said doing the stretches after jelqs or squeezes would be better, but I'm confused on how that would be? Answer: VigRx is an excellent brand. So are MSF pills. I would suggest taking them before your PE session so that by the time that you're done, your penis will start to benefit from the increased blood flow.
Stretching can exhaust the penile tissues, which would make doing squeezes immediately afterwards difficult.
Taking the pills on an empty stomach will give you more of the sought after effect.
Both morepenis and penilefitness are quality programs. You need to find what works best for YOU.
Question: im trying to do the exercises but my penis keeps on getting hard to quickly how can i prevent this?
Answer: You can try ejaculating several minutes before your session. That'll usually help you from getting too erect during your exercises.
Question: when should i take may supplemental pills to get the best potential gains?What time?
Answer: Take them about 15 minutes prior to your PE exercises. they'll kick in right around the time that you're finished, keeping more blood in the penis.
Question: I have been on this program for 3-4 weeks and have noticed that the skin

Answer: It's probably from starting the stroke deep into the base. You can try starting your stroke a little farther forward, or you can do squeezes, which will allow you to target the specific are that you wish to train.
Using an electric heater is a fine, as long as you can uniformly heat the entire area.

Answer: Try occupying yourself with activities that require that you use your hands or that require exertion (i.e.- working out). Keeping yourself busy is the key.
Question: It is hard for me to find time to do a jelqing routine and the routines i have done that involved jelqing never got me any real gains. What i do now primarally is the squeeze. And also since i spent over 200 hundred dollars on the extender i use that one too. I start off with 5 minutes with the hot wrap then do about 5-6 sets of 10 squeezes holding the squeeze anywhere from 5-7 seconds each time. between sets i do slapping do retain circulation. after i do that i take the extender and where it for about 30 minutes but while it is on i lay down on my bed and do about 200 pc flexes with it on because i find it kind of difficult to do them without direct tension. after words i do a 12-15 minute hot wrap. Does this sound like a good routine or should i change/add something? Also i do this about 4-5 times a week. i would appreciate any advice
Answer: Whenever anyone asks "is this a good routine?" I ask " how much have you gained?". You should be focusing on manual stretches. When you count your reps, log them and try to better that rep count next workout. That's how you make progress and gain- by forcing the penis to adapt. .
Question: Ok i have multiple questions. The first; the other day i was messing around with my girlfriend and while i was fingering her.. i came.. HOW IN THE HELL DOES THAT HAPPEN?? Answer: You got very excited so you ejaculated. It's not as uncommon as it sounds, and it won't happen too often the loonger you're with the same girl.
You should be focusing on the "Stop and Start" exercise as well as other stamina work.
My question is about masturbation and PE routines. Should I marturbate before or after exercises? Is there any incovenient? If so, how much time should we consider between the daily routine (begin and end)? Thanks in advance.
Answer: You can masturbate before PE if your erections interfere with your exercises. If they don't, save the masturbating for after your PE workout.
Question: I have two questions about improving gains. 1. If I don't really care if my ligs get stronger, and I just want size increase, would it be best to go from PE straight to the hot bath cooldown, to heat up the area I just stretched without letting the tissue sit around during a bunch of PC contractions? I read in Multi-orgasmic Man that the heating part was what brought blood to the area to increase gains. 2. Do Horny Goat Weed and nitrous oxide supplements really increase gains? Answer: Your ligs needs to be strong for maximum lengthening. The ligaments will stretch and rebuild themselves until you have longer, stronger ligs. There's really no way around it. PC work is for the muscles that assist in ejaculation and erectile control. NOT training them will hurt your PE gains. If you're going to take a supplement, consider MSF. Some men have reported harder erections while taking NO. Give it a try and see if it works for you.
A month ago I measured my tool to be 15 cm. (+- 0.2mm)
In 2.5 weeks I have followed this training; hotwrap 15 min, Jelq 30-45 min, occasionally I did the stretching exercise before Jelqing. The last week I have done some squeezing but I`m careful with that since my dick is quite erected after a squeeze. I had (and sill have but a little less) problem to keep my dick in semi-erected state, it gets stiff quite fast, so it may happened that I jelqed it when it was in 80-90% erected which would be 10% of the jelqing part. (I usually wait 30 sec to let the erection subside to 40-60%).
Answer: If you want to maintain your gains, you'll need to cement them (do a search for "cementing").
- Stretch AFTER your girth work
- Move on to better exercises and remove those that aren't giving you results
- Give yourself a break from PE every 4-6 weeks
- Do your jelqs and squeezes at 50% erection or so for best results (and for safety)

Question: Why exactly is it best to do PC work right after doing the exercises, but before the cool down?
Answer: If you do heavy PC work before PE, you may tire the penis out. If you do them AFTER your cool down, then the ligaments and tissues that were worked won't benefit as much.
Question: I just joined the site. I would like to know how many times per week should I do these exercises. I also notice that each exercise has different angles do I need to do each angle and for how many reps. Also, how mush pressure do I apply with my hands.
Answer: Start off at three times per week. You should follow the routine precisely as outlined HERE.
Start with very moderate pressure and work up in intensity slowly.

Answer: Is the swelling still apparent several hours after your workout? If so, then those gains could be considered actual.
You can pull the excess skin back with your non-jelqing hand and/or use a better lube to avoid stretching the foreskin. Your other alternative would be to focus on exercises like squeezes and stretches instead of the jelq.
Question: Big Al, do you think 1 on 1 coaching program will help me to get passed my plateau. I bought the program when i was 20 and gained a inch in one month, then i was on and of the program for 5 years and never gained in thickness, especially my head, i thought it was because i had a foreskin, but the videos show they have foreskins and i have been pulling mine back, please help.
Answer: If you've been following the routines as outlined and are still having problems, then 1-on-1 PE counseling may definitely help.
